Kyle Kozuska, CIM, CFA

Mr. Kozuska is the President and Portfolio Manager of Paradigm Portfolio Management Corporation. Mr. Kozuska graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in finance and economics. Kyle worked in the investment management business at both CIBC Wood Gundy and Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. (formerly Midland Walwyn), before founding Paradigm. Mr. Kozuska was appointed to the board on October 16, 2007.
Gregory Birch
Director
Mr. Birch brings extensive experience from the public and private sectors to Shane Resources. Mr. Birch is an independent business man who has provided consulting services to companies in the resource sector. Mr. Birch holds a CGA designation along with a Bachelor of Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Michael Der
Director
Mr. Der has been an associate with the law firm of Davis LLP since 2009, and prior thereto he was an associate with Bennett Jones LLP from 2005. Mr. Der specializes in securities law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions and has extensive experience representing public companies in the mining sector. Michael was appointed to the board on December 2, 2009.
