Kyle Kozuska, CIM, CFA

Mr. Kozuska is the President and Portfolio Manager of Paradigm Portfolio Management Corporation. Mr. Kozuska graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in finance and economics. Kyle worked in the investment management business at both CIBC Wood Gundy and Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. (formerly Midland Walwyn), before founding Paradigm. Mr. Kozuska was appointed to the board on October 16, 2007.
Lorilee Kozuska, CMA, B.Comm
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Kozuska brings extensive experience in the public company sector to Shane Resources Ltd. She also currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer for Tanzania Minerals Inc. (TZM.V) and previously held the position of CFO for Oriental Minerals Inc. Lorilee held the position of financial controller for Longview Capital Partners Inc. and held the same position at Mainframe Entertainment Inc. for seven years. Her experience also includes management positions at several high-tech companies in Vancouver, BC. Ms. Kozuska holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.
